KYC Policy
Know Your Customer (KYC) is a legal requirement under anti-money-laundering rules. SpinKong casino must verify the identity of every player before releasing withdrawals above a threshold or when triggered by risk checks.
When KYC is triggered
- First withdrawal, regardless of amount.
- Cumulative deposits over £2,000 in any 30-day window.
- Single deposit or withdrawal above £2,000.
- Change of registered address, phone or email.
- Any suspicion of fraud, chargeback or third-party account use.
Documents accepted
Standard verification requires three documents:
- Photo ID, passport, driving licence, or national ID card. Both sides where applicable.
- Proof of address, utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter, issued within the last 90 days, showing your name and full address.
- Payment method proof, for card deposits, a photo of the card with middle 8 digits blanked and CVV covered. For e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet dashboard showing your name and account ID.
Source of funds
For total deposits above £5,000 we may request source-of-funds evidence: payslips, pension statements, sale contracts, tax returns, or professional accountant letters. This is a legal requirement and cannot be waived.
Processing time
Documents are reviewed within 24 hours on business days and up to 48 hours at weekends. Withdrawals are released immediately once verification is approved.
Data handling
Documents are stored encrypted, accessed only by trained compliance staff, and deleted 7 years after account closure. Read our Privacy Policy for more.
Refusal
If you refuse to submit KYC documents, we cannot release withdrawals. Undeposited funds may be returned via the original deposit method after review.
